1. Where are you located?
We are a Melbourne based business - located in Victoria, Australia
2. Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes!! We definitely ship Worldwide. If you have any queries about shipping please contact us via email info@blossomchildrensstore.com.au.
3. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Please choose carefully as Blossom Children's Store does not offer refunds for change of mind. We offer store credits which are valid for 12 months. Please contact us within 14 days once you receive your parcel if you would like to exchange it for something else or alternatively a store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Blossom Children's Store does not cover return postage costs.
Please note due to hygiene reasons we do not offer an exchange on our teething range.
4. What do I do if the item I received is faulty?
If you believe the item you received is faulty get in touch with us as soon as you receive it. If the item is deemed faulty we will happily replace it.
